We have spent decades buying, renovating and managing homes across Greater Cleveland. That is a long time to learn what actually matters in a furnished rental, and most of it is unglamorous.
A mattress that still feels right in the third month. Parking that is genuinely off the street. A kitchen with enough in it to cook a real meal on a Tuesday night, not a photograph of one. Heat that works in February, in a city where that is not a small thing.
Every home here has been through that. We renovate before we furnish, and we furnish for people who are staying a while rather than passing through.
