Terms of service

This site describes furnished homes that True North Housing rents across Greater Cleveland, and it lets you ask us for a quote. It is not a booking platform. Submitting the quote form does not reserve a home and does not create a tenancy or any other agreement.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A home is only held for you once we have confirmed it to you directly and any agreement and payment terms are in place.

Nightly rates shown on this site are indicative starting points. The rate for a particular stay depends on the dates, the length of stay and the home, and we will confirm it to you when we answer your enquiry.

Availability changes. A home listed here may already be taken by the time you contact us.

We take care to describe each home accurately, and the photographs are of the actual home rather than stock images, except where a page says otherwise. Furnishings, appliances and decoration can change between a photograph being taken and your stay.

Where a photograph was taken before a home was furnished, the page says so.

Drive times and distances are approximate and depend on traffic and the route you take.

We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and with Ohio fair housing law. We do not refuse to rent, set different terms, or otherwise discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, ancestry or military status.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to view or occupy one of our homes, tell us and we will work with you.

Please use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything through the form that is unlawful, deliberately false or abusive.

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to True North Housing or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own use in connection with a possible stay. You may not republish our photographs or copy substantial parts of the site for another purpose without our written permission.

Third party names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their owners and appear with permission.

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every detail is current at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, True North Housing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This section concerns the website. Liability relating to a stay is dealt with in the agreement for that stay.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
