The space
Three bedrooms and a separate office space in Brooklyn Centre, on Cleveland's near west side. The kitchen, dining area and living room open into one another, so a group of four or five has room to spread out at the end of a day.
The kitchen runs on gas, with a full range and oven, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar along the counter. Cooking basics, a coffee maker and a toaster are already here.
Meals happen at the breakfast bar. There is no separate dining table in this house.
All three bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. The stairs are steep, as they often are in a house of this age.
The office space has room to work, and there is a laptop friendly workspace downstairs as well.
Out back there is a yard, a gas grill and outdoor furniture, with off street parking behind the house.
